Our stay at Chateau Le Val was truly enchanting. Nestled in a lovely setting, we were warmly greeted by the owners, Irene and Uwe, who made us feel right at home. The rustic charm of the chateau combined with modern amenities like free WiFi and a flat-screen TV with a selection of DVDs made our stay both cozy and convenient. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, providing a comfortable retreat for our family.One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious dinner and atmospheric breakfast in the charming dining room, complete with candles and a roaring fire. The kitchen facilities in our suite were a great convenience, especially as we traveled with our dogs and preferred to dine in during the chilly winter evenings. The communal garden and terrace offered a peaceful retreat, while the children's playground added a playful touch for our little ones.The personalized touches from the owners, including a complimentary bottle of local wine and a generous breakfast, truly made our experience memorable. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, including a visit to the Airbourne Museum just a short drive away. Plus, guests can take advantage of activities like table tennis on-site, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.With its unique blend of historic charm and modern comforts, Chateau Le Val offers exceptional value for a truly special stay.
